Science over trends
Every recommendation is grounded in current research and explained in plain language. If a trend is worth trying, I’ll tell you why. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.

gets it.I’m Maya Reed. For twelve years I’ve helped women untangle confusing symptoms and conflicting advice, and find a way of eating that feels good and actually lasts.

Maya Reed, MS, RDN

brieflyFifteen years ago I was the one googling “why am I always bloated” at midnight. An IBS diagnosis in my twenties sent me down a rabbit hole of rules, apps and contradicting advice.
So I did what any stubborn person would do: I studied nutrition myself. What I learned changed everything. Food is information, not a test you pass or fail. And the best plan is the one you can actually live with.
I spent my first years as a dietitian in a hospital gastroenterology clinic, then opened my own practice to give women something I never had: time, a real plan and someone in their corner.
